LAKMA (Los Angeles Korean-American Musician’s Association :이사장 최승호, 뮤직디렉터윤임상)가 올해에도 어려운 여건에서 공부하는 음악도들을 대상으로 장학금을 책정, 희망자를 모집하고 있다.
대상은 미국에 거주하는 음악을 전공하는 대학, 대학원 재학생,혹은 이에 준하는 자격을 가지신 분들이다.

올해로 열번째 마련하게 되는 LAKMA 음악 장학생 선발 연례 정기 행사로 장학생으로 선정된 3명에게 각각 $ 3000 (1 등), $2000 (2 등), $1000 (3 등)이 수여되며 오는 12 월10 일 LAKMA ‘Christmas Family Night’ 콘서트에서 오케스트라와 협연 할 수 있는 기회를 준다.

이 대회를 참가하기 위해서는 문의처를 통해 제출서류를 구비하여 10 월 31일 까지 아래 이메일로 제출하여야 한다.
