The LAKMA Choir joined the LAKPO(Los Angeles Korean Philharmonic Orchestra) Benefit concert for MPAK(Mission to promote adaptation in Korea) on July 31st, 2012 at Walt Disney Concert Hall. LAKPO donated $18500 to the organization.

The concert was presented by the LA Korean Philharmonic Orchestra & LAKMA Master Choral, under the masterful direction of the Maestro Im Sang Yoon, with superb performances by professor Norman Krieger, who is noted as one of the most acclaimed pianists of his generation, professor Henry Gronnier, a world renowned violinist known to perform in the most prestigious venues and professor Joon Sung Jun, internationally acclaimed cellist, widely known for his musical integrity and world class artistry.

The concert program was all famous works by Ludwig van Beethoven.
